I encountered major issues during my stay. The first room given to me was not what I booked, and the front desk had trouble resolving the mistake. Eventually, they managed to switch rooms but didn't communicate properly about the changes.

Upon arriving, the shuttle service was abysmal, taking over an hour to reach me after multiple calls. My room, while modest, lacked basic amenities like working water pressure and had a very worn shower. The inconsistent service and overall state strongly deterred me from recommending this establishment.

The room was equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Free toiletries, cable channels, and a hairdryer were included. No major issues, just what we needed for a night. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect anything nearby.
